Bill, while it may seem to be the Stockholm Syndrome, we stockholders who are stuck with this think what the SEC is doing is what we hear a lot of in the news - "over reaching". There is basic value in the technology and what has been accomplished so far. Bill Carraway has supported the day to day operations and settled for stock options. We don't begrudge him that. He has been very stingy with issuing treasury stock. Now that the technical problems seem to be solved, GRNO is ready to fill orders as long as the SEC's actions don't scare away customers. As far as replacing Bill is concerned, we all would like to see this company proceed with a clean slate as quickly as possible. Charles
