Very interesting news!! I checked USWB's sec filing of 6/26/98. It is regarding the share swap of a company ,Gray Peak Technologies, that they acquired on 5/13/98. It was a 1 for .27 of USWB trade. What is really interesting is that the major shareholders involved are the same major shareholders of Enteractive (Cornerstone Internet Solutions, Inc). Did anyone attend the shareholders meeting? Any news from there would be much appreciated. Regards, Pam
