Nanda - We are all upset with SEEC mgmt. The best chance to show our anger and get answers is at the annual meeting. Anyone plans to attend?
My last assessment (may be, naive) still seems reasonable - wide fluctuations in earnings do not sit well with this market. Need to show earnings momentum.

ISLI merger with MIFGY blind-sided SEEC and SEEC did not anticipate the sudden loss of revenue. Curious to know what action this mgmt has taken or is now taking to get more revenues.

Ron Sirch is back (with a different outlook)!

Qestions for SEEC:
Code flow to partners - IBM, VIAS, etc?
Conversion Factory set up and operation - can they set up on short notice and operate profitably? are clients satisfied?
July release of post-y2k software tools - alliances, marketing plan, etc.
Euro biz marketing plan?
Web migration of legacy systems?
Acquisition plans? Stronger Alliance with CBSL (acquistion by CBSL) will be good. Later on, CBSL plans to get into medium cap companies (4billion-500Million annual revenue range) for maintenance and outsourcing. Hope both CEO's will see an opportunity here. SEEC's cash (30Million) and software expertise are attractive.

Any plan to take the company private by the mgmt, as alternative to buying back shares?
Solid plan to address the above and execution will take this stock higher over long term.

In the meanwhile, smile! CMND is on the move! Ram
