Not mentioning Vertex in earning release is not a problem. All revenue estimates are done without Vertex. If you remember the conference call the 2.2 mil and 12 mil stated by CEO of revenue estimates was interrupted by Mr. Bemer stating once Vertex get going revenues will have to be adjusted monthly. Conservative predictions and separate Bemer announcements are OK with me. I'd rather see something concrete than create an environment that if Vertex deals donot get signed and he forcast incorrectly. This would definitely hurt TPII.
