J.C. Now I'm really confused. According to the URL you cited: hoovers.com

Total Current Assets amounted to $44.5 million vs Total Liabilities of
$18 million. How does that type of balance sheet lead one to conclude a delisting is in the offing? Of that total in the C/A column, some $12 million is cited as cash. This figure is in direct conflict with the company's 10Q which cites cash & equivilants (interest bearing investments) as of 3/31/98 at $30 million.

Reverse split? I don't know how Goldman-Sachs would react to such a proposal

As to the second URL I can't comment on something I don't understand.

Thanks for your response.
