TED,

Given that we're in "violent agreement" <gg>. I think that PTUS, has a legitimate tool for finding areas of exposure. I'm not a huge tech head, but I did understand the "logic" that their AutoEnhancer tool used. Basically, it would take known "date" fields, and follow the paths, or the logic chain to find all instances, and all (and this is the fancy part) interconnected variables. That way, regardless of where the exposed area resides, and regardless of how it is named, the tool checks with what and how it interacts, and what else in the source code would make a call to it.

It is this functionality which makes the PTUS tool that much superior to their competitors, and what makes it perfect for things like the Euro, and other "field expansion problems" (i.e. phone numbers, dollar fields, etc.).
