Hello Note

No major secret.

ABZ is trading at less than half its 1997/98 highs and by late fall, baring a take-over bid, it will be trading even lower. It is a screaming buy, and very low risk.

DMM (B) is trading below its 52 week low. The volume is uncomfortably low, but it will be in production this October and can not help but double within one to two years just based on EPS and CF let alone blue sky.

Barrick, is the premier gold play on the market trading near its 52 week lows. AU demand is exceeding production by over 1,000 tonnes per year and this demand is only being made up by central bank sales and some forward sales.

These central bank sales have to dry up within two years if not before and with mine closures in the meantime, gold demand will outstrip supply exponentially. In the mean time, what is your down side? The company makes $$ and can make $$ at $150 / oz.

There are lots of other blue names, all trading below or at their lows, and all will eventually recover with little downside risk now.

These are no brainers.

Regards
