Hi Michael,

Since MU price has come up in this bull market to $30s I'm curious about what Micron will do take advantage of the situation. I'd like to know your opinions on the following:

1. Is it feasible (and possible) for Micron to offer more stocks to public at current price to raise much needed funds?

2. Can Micron use current price to entice other companies to buy entire Micron at a lower (relatively speaking) price such as $30 per share?

3. What are the chances of Micron continuing to convince the market that they have profits even if their quarterly report indicates losses?

4. Would any of Japanese companies be interested in procuring Micron even at a loss (presumably Japanese tax deductible) just to get a long term foothold into U.S. and reduce trade deficit friction?
