The below post was about the last informative post I have read on this thread.

From: carol mcIntosh

Personally, I've just been waiting for posts to be added to the "facts" thread.
Till then, I'm just lurking...but I'm still here.

As for your posts Rudy, I have to say you've been consistent
in your critiques of "cheerleading"....and I share some
of your same concerns...

Plus if the posts hadn't come aliases of posters with whom
I was familiar, I'd also be equally critical of them.

However, these posts have come from familiar names who
IMO are just being enthusiastic and bantering while
they wait for additional news. Reading too much into
their posts I think really isn't worth your time, intelligence
or attention.

Regarding some of the particular "stones" being thrown,
these stones are also not bothersome to me.

Regarding block sales, there have been some astute
traders who have amassed large holdings. They have realized
that this equity will move with just about any news. So when
the stock went down to 1-1/2 they bought back in and then sold
for a nice gain at 2-1/2. These were probably some of the same
traders who benefited from the earlier highs so they have been able to
amass large positions because they have thought and behave dispassionately like good traders should. (Ice Cube IMO is a good
example of one of these traders).

These same traders will probably re-buy more shares when and if this
stock goes down to about 1-3/4. News will push it to 3, and they'll
sell again.

Regarding inside trading restrictions. The 16 million restricted
are most likely those held by management. The 14 million or so remaining may be held by a variety of people. These may be shares paid to partners or for marketing in lieu of cash. These shares may be held by family members, friends, or associates that were offer large blocks of shares and very reasonable
prices. These other people may not have to sell small amounts of their shares as special needs arise. Having been an "insider" before on other company stock issues, I'm not particularly concerned about these additional shares being unrestricted. I think this whole concern is yet another Red Herring.

Still long...still holding....may add more shares
if the price dips below 1.70
