Hi Steve. re today's selling, kind of hard to tell where AGPH will end up in the very near term.
My opinion is that we are short term oversold. Now, that doesn't mean that AGPH can't/won't go to 26 or below, but I doubt it will go below 26 (next support level; after that my guess is about 23/24).
Longs shouldn't be worried here, unless they are on margin and have a huge position, (which is reckless IMO).
FWIW, there are at least 25 market makers in this stock who buy/sell it all day long. Currently, for ex, LEGG is bidding 27 1/4, ask 27 7/8. MSCO bid 27 1/4 x 28 1/4. and so forth. This changes all day long, with MMs making their money from trading on the spread and from commissions. If a major MM wants to get their company and/or a major client/s out, they will sell the stock all day long, and vice versa.
I don't intend to provide a class on trading here, but manipulation, although it does happen at times in certain stocks, is a miniscule concern. For the most part, MMs go with the market flow, and AGPH isn't an exception that I'd be aware of.
I'm just the proverbial 'flea on the elephant's ass' trying to get a small piece of the action.
regards,
it
