Question...if BENF did complete the bankruptcy (or outcome pending) and is still trading stock, can the shell (or whatever) still be present for a suitor that wants to go public fast? Wouldn't the new suitor be assuming prior losses? Perhaps the right suitor could use right-offs for taxes and continue. Any comments?
