Thanks for the read. This is it, right? No more appeals to the appeal. In light of your last paragraph, is there room for IDX to go after DBII for falsifying documents. Can IDX recover any cost from a lawsuit that should not have been filed in the first place? Now, the only suit is the ANADAC civil suit correct? I have not heard anymore on that one. Any way to track that one?
