Jeff,

Have to agree with you, Mike can give anyone who is interested in the company some insight that can be very helpful.

I talked to Ken Klotz this morning and earnings are still scheduled to come out between the 8th and the 15th. Also, I asked him about the Berwyn purchase, specifically, how can we expect this to help us and how has their growth been over the last few years. He stated that the company has shown growth similar to Columbia Capital's which I feel will enhance the performance of CLCK, not pull it down. Berwyn is what they call a back room operation, which FICI also does, but not near to the extent that Berwyn does. They do telemarketing, collections and many other operations "out of the back room". He sees very little overlap and the two companies should be a good fit. As far as the purchase price, that will be determined by an independent investment banker which does this type of thing all the time. Hope this helps anyone who may be just wondering what Berwyn was all about.
