Good morning all, regarding the delinquent filer notice, they have been officially delinquent for a bit now, it was just a case of whether we would finally see the financials before or after the delinquent notice actually came out. As for Roger, I believe him to be an honest individual and he simply does NOT have the answers to the primary questions being asked, ie. - Why have we not seen the financials yet? He may know more than he is telling us about the "deal", but that he can't fill in the blanks on. Regarding the lack of information about why we haven't seen the financials, I agree wholeheartedly, the investor base should be informed as to why. It can be be a very simple statement that there are business ventures being entertained that require the financials not be made public, until the deal is either made or gone. Or if there is some sort of discrepancy about the accounting practices that could be stated as well. I don't know the reason, however, as others have commented, there are ways to keep us informed without divulging anything critical. Hopefully we will not be waiting too much longer.
