The screen I'm using for this column looks for increasing volume in stocks that have corrected no more than 30% and strong fundos for the type of industry looked at (cable stocks don't make eps but EBITD).... confirmation is nice with MACD etc but if the stock meets my screen the confirmation is usually there or forthcoming (volume into a corrected base is key)...... chart formation is my most significant criteria with typical support/resistance, trend/trade-range stuff insider buying is weighted also..... I don't like much below $10... ES
