Don't forget this stock was once a dollar. The large float of course has diluted the stock. I really loaded up when this stock dipped down to .0375. I have been able to make a lot of money on stocks even when they have never even come back to my original purchase price. I truly believe that investors buying LTGL at these prices should do well. As I stated over and over, I believe this stock will rise and the company will do very well.
