Agreed, and notice how little this news item as well as other
announced items of the last two week has had on AXC pricing and
activity.

I consider this to be a excellent response. If effect, as far
as shorter term market and momentum players are concerned, Ampex
is "out of the loop." This is great for now, since these players
represent potential buyers who will be available to step up
and make purchases at a later time. Imagine for the moment the
bouncing about that would have occurred on even whispers of
rumor for stocks which are "in play."

Presuming the fruition of Mr. Bramson's business plans, and I
have every reason to believe that on balance he will succeed
sooner or later, then what we are witnessing is the likely
bottom of AXC pricing in this cycle.

Incidentally, this quiet period (in relation to the announcements)
is the best time to initiate buying programs. Having stumbled
onto this one (averaged down from $3.00 to $1.75 - Avg. purchase
price $2.37 for me) I would like to develop a formula to screen for
others like it.
