Hey guys...not holding KOLR yet...but started doing some DD by calling the co on friday...here's some excerpts of an email I sent to a friend... Matty ____ Slow day here...so I got on the phone with Steve Nagel, president of KolorFusion. Cool guy...spent 20 mins on the phone with him. Here's my abridged list of notes: Stock is trading...we have to call the MM (only 1 on the stock right now) to get some more info...it takes 3 days to get up and going. (I'll call them after this). He said it was trading. They had a 504 offering (private placement) to raise about 500k...looking to raise another 500k this year. You can only do 1mm a year from such offerings. They just closed the FY 98 in june. About 700k in revs...not profitable yet, but strongly confident will be by next year. He's doing next year's business plan to forecast revs, profits, margins, etc right now...so couldn't give me any ideas. Margins are good...but overhead dragging them down right now due to start up costs. They own the patent rights in N.America to the process...bought from some European firm. Said they have a deal in the works with a couple of the largest tire makers right now...basically there is a phase process whereby their technology has to pass a series of tests to gain contracts...and they're 80% passed right now, and virtually a lock to pass the last 20%. They're going to be putting on the web what the product would look like for the tire manufacturer...probably in a couple of days. Bicycle industry slowing...they also do components for rollerblade companies. Another news release in 7-10 days with updates. 500k float!
