Tom Clines along with a coterie of other IranGate associates were part of ICMX for a considerable period of time before the Sexi buy out. There initial activities at ICMX were murky to say the least.Tully the ICMX founder and Board Chairman also had at least two other corporate entities he controlled at the ICMX offices. One could never be sure what activity belonged properly to each corporate being. As an example, when the Japanese (Tanaka) paid for deliveries by ICMX the check went into Tulley's Global corporate bank account. As far as I know nothing was ever deposited to the ICMX account other than transfers from Tully's other entities. I believe that Clines and his cohorts at that time were involved with Secord in selling bullet proof vests overseas. They also had other overseas activity supporting Secord. Due to this long standing relationship I cannot help but believe they knew about all the dirty linen.
Here's a question which recently popped up. Jim Tulley is a retired Marine. I wonder if the retired Marine who heads Merrill Lynch is related?
There is evidence that on a few ocassions company employess of ICMX working under terms of an employment contract, recieved checks drawn on the Global account which were annotated for "Consulting Services" Draw your own conclusion since they all disavow any conulting activity which involved Global.
