When Sexi took over ICMX they acquired Dr. Guy Bailey a purported PHD,At that time he represented the only possible real technical talent in the organization. All I can say about him is that he is completely PC literate but I have not been able to confirm some of the items in his resume. Not saying they are not real, but I have not been able to verify same-i.e. his NATO experience.
Subsequently,SEXI was able to rehire Dave Bruggeman-who also was at ICMX long before Bailey arrived. I cannot speak to Bruggeman's engineering capabilities. During the time of the AFCEA Convention in June,SEXI had a suite in a hotel across the street from the Washington Convention Center where they gave briefings and put on demonstration of their "system" Bruggeman was the briefer.Since my time at ICMX did not coincide with his (he left because he was not being paid salary due to him) he did not recognize me. After his talk and demo I attempted to question him about the system details. Where is the switch?? How large is it,who manufactured-Sexi or other,Where are line drivers?Where is the twisted wire pairs. etc etc. Actually I now realize that what I was looking at has now become the Library of Congress Beta installation .
It bore littlwe resemblence to the system described in the literature being dispensed at their booth on the floor of the Convention Center.
Since that time Engineering talent has been added to the company. The result of this was to go to Windows 95 as the "new" operating system. Is this all? Don't know-thats essentially all I've seento date.
