Have no problem with answering your question. I was a contract employee at ICMX for one year. Thathat contract expired at the end of Oct l995. At that time ICMX owed me under the terms of my contract about $70,000. In addition two of the employees who were under employment contracts with ICMX also departed the scene at that same time. Don Carrol,the Chief Engineer and Stu Lesnett the Chief marketeer and I have ever since been working together in an existing operation owned by Stu (properly liscensed to do business in Virginia) Stu and Don are also owed much larger sums of money by ICMX than the amount due me. My interest is primarily in forcing ICMX/SEXI to meet these obligations. There is some concrete evidence emerging that I may be having an impact since McConnell-the new SEXI CFO has recently spoken with my attorney about my claim.. Hope this establishes my motivation clearly. I did not have any ICMX stock or warrants and do not hold any stock in SEXI.
