The range in price for MRVC today has been amazingly tight - often a precursor to a breakout one way or the other. It seems to me that there is consistent selling at exactly the level of 20 13/16. It may be one large fund unloading at exactly this price.

Can anyone with LevelII tell us whether it is primarily one market maker sitting on the ask? If this is the case, once they've finished selling their shares, maybe we can begin an upward move.
