Expecting a general slowdown in the economy led by the tech sector.

Margin in many high tech products beginning to erode. First, it was disk drives, now it is chips, PCs are next, focus on last minute (ditch) Y2K efforts will slow even larger capital investments. Don't believe the silly stuff about a bottom or a turn-around just around the corner for these.

Asia's impact has yet to be felt worldwide.

Do you think that investment in IT technology alone is enough to keep our economy growing?
