Do you really think that it will take such a catastrophe to increase the POG? BTW. Was reading some historical account of the New Madrid quakes in the early 1800's over the weekend. The kind of damage that would be done by one of those quakes today would be huge. Seattle area is also situated quite close to an area which has quakes rather infrequently, but when they do ... Interesting article in the National Geographic on that a couple of months ago. Check it out.
