as an example, if Morgan comes out and say his "normal" - business bad, Asia continues to be weak, visibibilty poor, bla bla bla, then this is considered old new.

If Morgan declares Asia a lost cause for at least through 2000, 300mm completely on back burner, Europe and US now look weak.... then this is considered more than expected.
