Another lurker comes out of the woodwork.

I too, have been following this thread for a couple of months and have been involved in MINE for a couple of years. I have learned more of investing and mining in the last two weeks than I ever wanted to know.
I also want to thank all of the regulars who have (for the most part) kept this a very informative and friendly thread.

To answer the question at hand:
Yes, you can trade on-line with some of the on-line brokers. I am on Sure-trade and that runs 7.95 a trade. Most require you have the funds in a cash account before you can purchase Over the Counter Stocks. Some require you to call in to order and some charge you extra if you buy over 5000 shares so read the information on them carefully.

As a rookie to the thread I appreciate the Acronym update, though I think I was more creative on some of them :)

FWIW Golden Eagles web site is up again but I did not see anything new on it. Same old reports and letters.

Looking forward to actually being able to respond to the posts.
