I think you are right. Their royalty stream seems to be suffering as a result of the transition to 16MB chips from 4MB chips because the prices on the latter are dropping while revenues from the former have not kicked in yet in any major way. However, I expect that to change relatively soon and, as they have also released new testing equipment for the higher density chips, I think the stock will come back. One Canadian analyst (name forgotten) has put a 12-18 month target of C$39 and given that it was C$33 or so just 6 months ago, that does not seem unlikely.
