Hi Phil,

Yep, I've yet to see any of the "sweetness and light" or "gloom and doom" predictions of those claiming access to privileged information come true. The closest predictions I've seen come from those that use the same public information available to everyone, then run the numbers themselves. Even then, the surprise factor can be considerable. Personally, I think bad earnings have already been over factored into the price. I sort of expect we'll see one of those contrary looking price movements where the bad news comes out and the price goes up. SIII will start looking real attractive once the numbers are on the table and investors have a chance to get more information from the conference call.

If YHOO is worth $198 then SIII should be worth at least $400. Not that anyone buying YHOO at these levels would recognize a fundamental if one came up and bit them on the knee. To think I bought YHOO in early 97 just for grins at 18 and was tickled to death to bail at 20 the next day. Wall Street is a strange place, truly it is.

Nice design wins from Diamond and STB. I suppose we'll see a big jump in price a month from now when the "news" is re-released.

Regards,

Don
