I found today on the SEC Website where 7 of Churchill's Form 8-K, Items 3 had been updated on 6-24-98 and 6-26-98. The original documents were dated 10-31-97 thru 4-30-98. I could not find the original documents nor the updates on the SEC nor Edgar sites. I cannot get e-mail thru on the address given on the SEC site. I am going to try regular mail and request a copy of the filing dated 4-30-98 and all the updates. This will probably take 6 to 8 months. If anyone out there has any quicker access, this may be some informative reading.
