James...Laramide wanted all shares and was willing to pay $1.50 for the total outstanding. They did it in an underhanded way, but, that is a lot more than the $1.04 that AQI was trading at. Do you think that AQI is worth more than that offer? There has got to be something there for LAR to pay a premium...BTW..are you any relation to Jeff Wilson? Dave
