Here's another one that hasn't caught on yet and is worth taking a look at IMO... third largest TV Shopping Network... and profitable SATH Shop at Home "Internet sales on the Company's ishopathome.com web site grew to $75,000 in March. The site is only nine months old and has already reached profitability. Phase II in the site's development will begin July 1, 1998, with the transition of the merchandise offered for sale to increase from 1,000 SKUs to approach 70,000, representing all products offered on the broadcast network. The cross-promotional opportunities are enormous. Additional developments in Phase II will include advanced meta-tags to our pages for greater cross-referencing to the search engines, video streaming to enable web shoppers to view broadcast shows online and the development of a resident chat room for customers."
