I spoke with Mike about the Berwyn deal today. It would not benefit anyone including the two largest shareholders of this company if a tremendous number of shares was issued to consummate this deal.

Any dilution will be kept to an absolute minimum.

Remember the bottom line for all concerned is that they(Baetz and Gallant), like us want to see the shares they already have appreciate. The shares will most certainly appreciate given time because CLCK will be a cash cow.
