Janice, evidently USRs CFO came out with a SMOKING statement, saying basically that Needham was full of shit.

Said that managements remarks was taken TOTALLY out of context.
Said that they are expecting to make the Q EASILY AND that the NEXT Q will be HUGE.

Remember. USRX has always been conservative with their outlook (Then they BLOWOUT the Q) If they are saying that the Q is gonna be good-IT WILL.

I think Need-Ham got just what they wanted - A CHEAPER buy-in price. Maybe THEY bought the 4,000 CALLS ; )
