Excellent post and one that will undoubtably earn you a host of attacks from other posters.

since I started monitoring this thread in May I have not read a single post that detailed financial data and its source except information voiced over and over by various posters that was relayed from "Gary says" or "Ask Gary" or "things are going to happen" and a thousand others.

The bottom line is that there is no data available on this company. If there was I would have found it. The companies Global Games says it is associated with has no data either, no past, no present and apparently no future.

Notice how the hyping is drying up? Notice how Brad wants people to call GLOW and does not want to give out the information himself. Could it be this: I think so!

Wonder if any of the paid hypsters on the GLOW thread have ever considered this or even know that it exists:

"If posters on the GLOW thread receive any compensation for analyses of the analyzed company, and failed to inform the posters on the thread of it, they would be in violation of Section 17 of the Securities Act of 1933, which covers "Fraudulent Interstate Transactions", and specifically 17-(b) which reads as follows:

"Use of interstate commerce for purpose of offering for sale. It shall be unlawful for any person, by the use of any means or instruments of transportation or communication in interstate commerce or by the use of the mails, to publish, give publicity to, or circulate any notice, circular, advertisement, newspaper, article, letter, investment service, or communication which, though not purporting to offer a security for sale, describes such security for a consideration received or to be received, directly or indirectly, from an issuer, underwriter, or dealer, without fully disclosing the receipt, whether past or prospective, of such consideration and the amount thereof".

The Securities & Exchange Commission actively enforces this regulation, and has recently prosecuted and obtained convictions for its violation.

Just another investor that can't stand hype.
