Nice to see that you can still give this company a positive spin. Eco loses $107k before taxes and $2.4M non recurring charge. I see continuing problems. with McGinnis saying "We are currently undergoing a division-by-division review of all our operations and overhead expenses. A main strategic priority is to concentrate on higher margin specialty fabrication services." Could easily read "Look out for future sales, closures, spin-offs of our losing industrial service business. Including write off's of the goodwill we previously recorded."
