Bill, Not only they have money but their software is years behind every other industry. Look at hospitals - mostly dos-like terminals, probably ten years behind (couple years ago I met few hikers - engineers from a Boston hospital, ten years behind was the number they told me); financial - not as much behind but relatively simple (I was involved in the most complicated financial application - million lines of code at Charles Schwab - but that was unique and still could not do day-trading very well) and government - probably ten years behind. FNTN is after the right market, have good (IMO) management, investing in their hardware/software (can't wait for the current web-side to disappear). Now, just wait, look for the sings and re-evalute for current situation. Radim
