In what capacity do you function in relation to this offshore IBC group?

Please explain actual meaning of IBC? I presume its a risk capital mutual fund group of international investors but your explanation would be appreciated?

I am fascinated by the idea both of your participation on these threads and by the fact that you are apparently a Fund Manager? If you can, please elaborate, on my e-mail if you prefer.
