Hi Randy,
Just thought I'd let you hear my version of the future of this stock.
I'm long at the moment and I expect that they will promote their 25 million shares (that they requested shareholders approve) the sales force will be beating the bushes for buyers...it will only last a few days...I suspect. And during this time the stock will climb.,If you are in at $.10 or less you will at least double maybe triple...but ride it up and get out.

The financial statements are a joke they had $35,000.00 in the bank...what happened to all the cash in the last which was the first year?. The annual report and financial statement was created on a photocopier and was produced at next to nothing. Wheres the cash?

With-out the stock offering which will give them 2.5 million dollars approx. They will crash and burn. No deals in the hopper, and they have been hammering the company funds for over 350,000.00 in management fees alone. The directors have the same last name...and so they are keeping this all in the family.

This is a a pump and dump kind of ride. Their VOD never hit ( video on demand) it's stride... and unless they get to work on some real deals it's over when the next 2.5 million is spent. This one is scary...but it will move one more time to double or triple (.20-.30). Who knows the first time this thing went to the market for financing it hit $.80-$.90 cents. And don't get me wrong I have made money overall...but I believe it's the last time they are going to get this thing moving.
