Venezuela accused Iran of cheating on its quota...according to MoneyLine with Lou Dobbs. It seems that OPEC needs oil to Plunge to $8 in order to really feel the pain. Also, there were rumors of Iraq increasing output. Just thought you'd all want to know. Paulo
