I'd like to respond to this by simply stating that we had all of these shares with a worthless shell. The question initially has nothing to do with the number of shares out since we are dealing with a penny stock. We have to deal with the shares, they exist, but nobody should be trying to base this company on PE, market cap. etc. at this point. The stock is moving based on the fact that a worthless shell has now taken the form of an actual living entity. Many of you continue to forget this is not IBM or MSFT, it is a low priced, highly speculative security that trades at less than the price of a gumball. We can only hope that this company develops in such a way that the shares out do become an issue because it's holding down our EPS or balooning our market cap but at this point the question is not about those fundamentals it is whether we really do have the makings of a real deal.
