Dive: Filing for a proposed sale of restricted shares or shares owned by a large holder is not in itself an indicator.

These sales may never be consummated. You have 90 days to sell after you file a 144. If you decide not to sell, you simply file another
144, to have the option of selling if you choose to.

If you owned say, 500,000 shares, would not you like to have the option of selling all or part of your holdings if the stock spiked to 25$ ?

No officers have filed. Only shareholders.

And Hello to all on the Golden Eagle Thread. Finally came out of the lurkers lounge.......and unlike many, bought this little guy months before I discovered this thread. But have enjoyed my frequent visits here.

Sitting in the front row, waiting for the curtain to be drawn for the Really Big Show tomorrow am.
