Clarification: Patrick, I do not mean to imply that Cal said IBM has a "deal" with Ancor whereby they have special access to Ancor's technology. I took his statements more as IBM invested both generically in potential fc products and because they wanted to support Ancor's future as well...(perhaps as one of their future sources of switches). As soon as one tries to talk about IBM and their relationship with Ancor, misinterpretation is likely to occur because we are always looking for something more than a simple investment. Cal said that the money IBM has invested in ANCR is so small and insignificant in relation to IBM's pockets that it should not be considered a factor of any significance today. He said that it is possible that the department or group that made the original investment may have no connection with the world of fc or ANCR today. BOTTOM LINE=NO IMPORTA!, SINE MERITUM!, ICKSNAY on the EI Ebay Emay! George and Greg: Would you agree that the tone of discussion regarding IBM that took place at the annual meeting supports this interpretation?
