I think it was Shakespear who said "something is rotten in Denmark" - Hamlet? Anyway, this seems to be the ultimate hunker down in the bunker strategy. Company is out of gas and seems to have given up. By spending only on R&D and clinical trials they seem to think this is the best way to increase the value and also increase the likelihood of someone buying them. I find it very unusual (and also very rare) that they state that they were in M&A discussions but that they were discontinued. This "teaser" is designed to leave the impression that someone else thought they were worth something. I for one will stay away. Good luck with this shrew!
