My cheap brand catsup has 3 g. of sugar, 5 carbos and 180 mg of sodium. IT's made of tomato paste and water, corn syrup, vinegar and salt. Interestingly, though, Christine, it has no preservatives, so you may not need to buy organic in this case?

It has tomatoes, water, japenos, onions, uhoh sugar!!!!! salt spices---hmm-only 2g of sugar, 3 carbos, aha! 1 g. protein, and more sodium.
Well, that sure was a toss-up. MY personal salsa has no sugar.
