Been following this stock for a long time. To confirm kloc has foreign rights only. Probably a wise decision on their part. As far as the flat price, every year this same time tax loss selling drives it way down. Around mid Jan. expect small jump. This company has little or no respect for shareholders (ever notice the way they sneak out bad news,not using the major news releases). Until Peter Locke and Don Kirschner start giving a heck about us its never going to do much. As far as a buy, sure, but not long term. Ive done well (finally) just in and out. I have archived a small block as one day kloc will make the leap to a real company.
