The wristwatch telephone:

I want one!

Leaders from the world of watches have waded into the fray and are currently creating products that offer some communication
options, but fall short of being a wrist telephone.

For example, Timex and Motorola joined forces to form Beepwear, and created the combination alphanumeric pager-watch.
The Beepwear watch receives text, tells time, sets alarms, and has a stopwatch. The second product in the line, Beepwear
Pro, is due out on July 15, 1998. It will have very basic PDA functionality, along with the ability to store phone numbers and a
schedule.

A Pilot Watch? Sounds good to me. Voice activated would be nice.
