Kurt,

This, along with the other money loser, Pacificare, are out with a swift boot from FPA. Arizona and Pacificare were known money losers, although FPA is keeping some money making Pacificare operations. This is all part of the plan, and Dresnick is hitting on all cylinders lately. The next rumor is that there will be a press release soon regarding a renegotiated Foundation contract. These are all necessary and extremely positive. Each item gets us that much closer to a cash-flow positive state.
