I've had some money in ICOC for some time now. I have watched the price go down since I bought near the top at $7.50. My interest was renewed when i looked into it, thinking of taking my lumps and dumping it.

Looking on Yahoo i found that the insider activity was interesting. Lots of selling until December or so, when the price hit book value ($5.85), and buying from then on. For some reason, the insider information disappeared from yahoo a little over a week ago.

FWIW, again on Yahoo, last week they had ICOC listed as paying no dividend. I e-mailed the company and got a reply from Ron Stitt, VP-Investor Relations ICO, Inc.:
"Thank you for bringing this oversight to our attention. I don't know
where Yahoo! gets their information, but this was incorrect...we still
pay a $0.22/share annual dividend. In fact, we discovered this error
ourselves just last week, and I have e-mailed their database
administrator to make the correction."

I bought some more at $4.00 last week and may add some more, but I'm a little scared of this baby, having already taken a hit with it.
