the volume on toronto is so small that i don't think there is any significance to the fact that there currently is only one seller. further, in terms of pricing, toronto follows nasdaq. if the price on the nasdaq falls, the price on toronto will fall, and vice versa.

so deacon capital is really driving the price down.

i agree that the warrant holders must be a little concerned. of course, they might view it as a buying opportunity.
