The Duma passed only part of the tax code. They passed the articles
referring to tax reduction, not the key points attempting a boost of
TAX revenues (like VAT - sales tax, etc). I think we may be close
to bottom. I favor ROS of the blue chips - they don't suffer from
the low oil prices. Otherwise you have to bet on the oil price
increase, or devaluation of the $.... -Vi
